14-Day Returns: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

US$20 Flat Rate Return Shipping: We understand that sometimes things don't work out. We offer refunds within 14 days of receiving the goods for a US$20.00 flat rate return shipping cost. 

Return Process: To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@banana.xyz. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund. Please allow a standard processing time of 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
